🌍Studying Abroad
How do I start the process of studying abroad? +
The best starting point is a free consultation with one of our advisors. We begin by understanding your academic background, career goals, financial situation, and preferred destinations — then build a personalised action plan from there. You can book a free consultation using the link at the top of the page.
Which country is the best for international students? +
There is no single "best" country — the right destination depends on your field of study, budget, visa preferences, post-study work rights, and career goals. The USA, UK, Canada, and Australia are the most popular overall. Germany offers low or no tuition fees for many programs. Our advisors help you compare destinations based on your specific situation, not generalised rankings.
Which countries allow international students to work after graduation? +
Most top destinations offer post-study work rights. The USA offers Optional Practical Training (OPT) for up to 12 months, with a 24-month STEM extension. The UK's Graduate Route visa allows 2–3 years of work after study. Canada's Post-Graduation Work Permit allows up to 3 years. Australia's Graduate visa allows 2–4 years depending on your qualification level. Our advisors help you factor these into your decision.
How early should I start planning for studying abroad? +
The earlier the better. For undergraduate programs, we recommend starting at least 12–18 months before your intended intake. For postgraduate and MBA programs, 9–12 months is ideal. Starting early gives you time for test preparation, profile building, shortlisting, essays, and scholarship applications without feeling rushed. Our Early Advising service is specifically designed for students who want to plan ahead strategically.
🎓Admissions & Applications
Can I get a scholarship with a low GPA? +
Yes — many scholarships consider factors beyond GPA, including extracurricular activities, personal statements, recommendation letters, financial need, and professional experience. A lower GPA is not automatically disqualifying. Our advisors identify scholarship opportunities aligned with your actual profile, and help you craft applications that highlight your genuine strengths beyond academics.
What standardised tests do I need to study abroad? +
Requirements vary by destination and program level. English proficiency tests (IELTS or TOEFL) are required for most non-native English speakers at virtually all universities. For undergraduate US applications, the SAT or ACT may be required. For graduate programs, the GRE is common (especially STEM/research). For MBA programs, GMAT or GRE are the standard. Our advisors help you understand exactly what's needed for your specific targets.
How long does the admissions process take? +
The full admissions process — from initial consultation to receiving an offer — typically takes 3–8 months depending on the program, country, and your readiness. Applications with test scores ready, strong profiles, and early starts move faster. Visa processing adds another 4–12 weeks after receiving an offer. We manage your timeline carefully to meet all deadlines without rushing any component.
Do you guarantee admission? +
No ethical consultant can guarantee admission — that decision rests with the universities. What we can guarantee is that your application will be the strongest it can possibly be: well-positioned, professionally presented, and strategically targeted. Our track record shows that students who follow our guidance fully have a significantly higher success rate, including at schools they did not initially believe were within reach.

We also identify scholarship and assistantship opportunities to reduce your total cost.
